The website

The content on this site is for general information about my consulting services. It isn’t personalized advice for your channel until we agree to work together. Please don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or harmful information through the inquiry form.

Consulting engagements

• Prices shown on this site are in US dollars and describe each offer. The exact scope, timing, payment, rescheduling and refund terms for an engagement are confirmed in writing before any work or payment begins, and those written terms govern the engagement.
• Monthly engagements that state a minimum term (for example, three months) require that minimum commitment.
• NBV Advisory is strategy: analysis, recommendations, feedback and planning. It doesn’t include video editing, production, uploading or managing your channel. You remain responsible for what you create and publish.
• Offers marked “Opening soon” aren’t yet available for purchase. Asking about them doesn’t create any obligation for either of us.

No guarantees of results

YouTube performance depends on many factors outside my control. I don’t promise any particular views, subscribers, revenue or other outcomes. I do promise careful, honest, personal work.

Third-party platforms

YouTube and other platforms or tools you use have their own terms and costs. I’m not responsible for their availability, policies or decisions.

Content and ownership

The site’s design, text and brand assets belong to DailyTekk LLC. Recommendations and plans I prepare for you are yours to use for your own channel and business.

Liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, DailyTekk LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

I may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date shown above.
