This website is operated by DailyTekk LLC, operating Next Best Video (“I”, “me”). It’s a simple site: it describes my YouTube strategy consulting and lets you get in touch.
What I collect
- Inquiries you send. If you contact me through the inquiry form or by email, I receive what you choose to share: typically your name, email address, channel or website, goals and the challenge you’d like help with.
- Basic technical logs. The hosting provider automatically processes standard request information (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
The site doesn’t use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools, and there are no user accounts.
How I use it
I use inquiry details only to reply to you, understand your situation, and, if we decide to work together, scope and deliver the work. I don’t sell your information or use it for advertising, and I won’t add you to a mailing list without your separate permission.
Who processes it
- Website hosting (Vercel) serves the site and handles its technical logs.
- Form delivery (Formspree) receives inquiry form submissions and forwards them to my private email inbox.
- Email: replies and messages are handled through my email provider.
Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.
Channel information
If we work together, I may ask for analytics exports or view-only access to your channel data. I never need your passwords, and I use that information only for our engagement.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it’s useful for our conversation or working relationship and for ordinary business records. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by sending a request through the inquiry form.
Links to other sites
Links to other websites, such as YouTube, are governed by those sites’ own policies.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update this page and the date above.
